The Lodge
The Lodge consists of a hall and a house.
The Hall holds functions such as receptions, cocktail parties, conferences and group meetings. It has an area of 12 m x 6 m, ideal for a 50 person cocktail party. If the hall is not being used as function room it can be set up as a dormitory with 8 beds.
The House has a fern lined entrance, 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, accommodating 6 people; a large dining room and a fully self contained kitchen with a large display refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave oven and a commercial dishwasher. The lounge room has a reverse cycle air conditioner, a log fire, TV, VCR, CD player, and pool table. The lounge room opens onto the balcony overlooking Pennyroyal Valley and is equipped with a BBQ and deck chairs.
Manna Gum
This one level cottage has cathedral ceilings and accommodates 10 people. The entrance hall leads to an open lounge and dining room with a fully self contained kitchen. There are 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a laundry, garden gas BBQ and an outdoor table with benches for seating.
Blue Gum
Secluded and surrounded by gum trees, Blue Gum is a split level cottage with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on the upper level, and an open lounge and dining room with a fully self contained kitchen on the ground level. The garden has a gas BBQ and an outdoor table with benches for seating. This cottage accommodates 8 people.
Acquila
Has two bedrooms and a large balcony on the upper level looking out to the big lawn in front of this cottage. It has one bathroom and two toilets. The open lounge, dining room and kitchen are on the ground level and a pavilion houses the BBQ and outdoor table. Acquila accommodates 6 people.
Blackwood
Is a cosy cottage for 2,with a split level design and cathedral ceilings. The upper level bedroom has a balcony overlooking the dam and the native gum trees while the bathroom contains a shower and a bath big enough for two. The lounge, dining room and kitchen are situated on the ground level and outside is a private garden, spa, BBQ, outdoor table and benches.
Windmill
Consists of an entrance hall, a large bedroom and bathroom on the ground level, while the upper level lounge, dinner room and kitchen opens out on to a large balcony, overlooking a pond and the Pennyroyal valley.
